CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. To begin a return, contact us at help@kittykabana.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

RETURN SHIPPING

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit — your choice.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, smoke, deodorant, body odour, fake tan and makeup
  • Free from any visible marks, stains or damage

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind reasons:

  • Bodysuits, underwear, lingerie and swimwear where the product tag has been removed or displaced
  • Sale items and any items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
  • E-vouchers and gift cards

Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe you've received a defective, damaged or faulty item, or an item that doesn't match its description or product images, please contact us at help@kittykabana.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault or issue
  • Photos clearly showing the defect

We'll review your case promptly and, where the item is confirmed as faulty or defective, you'll be offered your choice of a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange — subject to stock availability. All return shipping and packaging costs for faulty items are covered by us.

Please note that items which have become damaged through general wear, misuse or improper care are not eligible under this policy. Where an item is returned as faulty but does not meet the criteria upon inspection, return shipping costs may be passed back to the customer.

There is no fixed return window for faulty items — we assess each case on its merits and within a reasonable timeframe from purchase.

REFUND PROCESSING

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method — please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds.

EU CUSTOMERS

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. You may inspect and try items before deciding to return them, as you would in a store — EU law permits this. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

For change-of-mind returns from EU customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will not cover return postage for EU orders returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal unless the item is faulty or incorrect. This cost responsibility is stated here as required under EU consumer law.
